With over 25 years of experience in the background screening industry, Jennifer is obsessed with providing exceptional service to her customers and takes immense pride in building lasting relationships that drive customer retention

Derrick Magnotta first joined Quality Counts in 2017 and now serves as its COO, overseeing business processes, customer solutions, technology, supply chain, and customer service. Before taking on this role at Quality Counts, Derrick led a technology startup, driving innovative product development and business growth.

She manages our research and support teams with precision and is laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer support, fostering strong client relationships, optimizing workflows, and managing vendor partnerships. Janie is a background screening expert, having worked her way up from a criminal researcher to a team lead and now a key member of the management team.
